Archway Health is seeking to augment its leadership team.

This role will:
Build, manage and grow the Archway bundled payment business in Cardiac care.
Lead the process to enroll our Cardiac practice partners into the Bundled Payment for Care Improvement (BPCI) Advanced program.
Lead the process for helping Cardiac practices to improve their care management processes, overall performance and succeed within bundled payment contracts.
Expand our presence and relationships within the Cardiac care community.
Develop our Cardiac Care bundled payment products and services in partnership with the Archway team, MedAxiom and others.
Build out and expand the Archway Cardiac care business model.
Expand our base of Cardiac Medicare and commercial bundle customers.
Help develop commercial bundled payment contracts and programs in partnership with existing and future Cardiac customers.
Participate in the payor negotiation and contracting process.
Develop and enhance channel partnerships with Cardiac organizations and other key leaders and influencers.
10+ years experience in Cardiac care and working with Cardiac organizations.
Relationships and an excellent reputation with Cardiac organizations across the country.
A passion for improving healthcare and Cardiac care through payment reform and bundled payment programs.
Experience in risk management programs and contracts preferred.
Clinical experience or a high comfort level working with clinicians to improve care management and clinical process.
Business experience and an understanding of business model development, relationship development, sales, etc.
Bachelor’s degree; MA preferred.
