Archway Health is currently seeking to augment its support team with a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant. This role reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Heavy CEO calendar maintenance and e-mail management that requires coordination with internal leadership and outside contacts

  • CEO travel, meeting, event and communication management

  • Independent work coordinating closely with staff on scheduling, priorities, contacts, and
    conferences; create agendas

  • Board related prep work

  • Organizational chart, corporate phone list upkeep as well as the development and maintenance of various data bases and documents

  • Greet visitors, assess nature of business in e-mails/calls, respond to inquiries, provide general staff assistance as time allows

  • Book conference rooms for staff and visitors

  • Organize weekly team lunches and occasional outings

  • Prep CEO for meetings, actively manage schedule and take proactive measures to keep
    meetings/work on track

  • Assist with Operations, Sales and HR administration

  • Coordinates vendors, suppliers, and building management pertaining to sustained office operations in the Boston office

  • Issues, maintains, and disables security passes as required by staff and visitors in coordination with ground floor security desk

  • Orders office supplies, snacks, coffee, and other items as needed by the office

  • Responsible for inbound and outbound mailing and shipping for the office

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 5 years of directly related experience

  • Experience supporting/ very actively managing schedules/e-mail and information for C level executives

  • A background in health care is strongly preferred but not required

  • Strong organization, attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities to prioritize, make and keep deadlines

  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge of MAC, PC, Google docs/Drive and Microsoft Office

  • Excellent verbal, written and editorial skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus

  • Able to work equally well independently and with the team

  • Must to eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Junior and Mid-level Actuarial Analysts

Archway Health is currently seeking to augment its data science team. We are looking for 2 Health Actuaries (junior and mid-level) to join our growing firm. You will have the opportunity to work on new innovative actuarial and healthcare reform projects. As an Analyst, you will perform health analytics in support of actuarial, underwriting, and decision making as well as develop new pricing models and benchmarks for use in modeling and pricing specialized risk arrangements. These positions require an understanding of self-funded and fully insured products, underwriting, claims forecasting, risk analysis, specific and aggregate stop-loss pricing, aggregating specific deductibles, lasering, and captives.

This role will:

  • Research new pricing techniques and actively seek out novel methodologies and algorithms;

  • Analyze external and internal data sources to develop proprietary pricing factors and models;

  • Develop an understanding of data sources and availability, uses and limitations to build data sets for use in experience studies;

  • Develop diagnostic tools to be used by underwriters in pricing individual risks and managing a portfolio of business;

  • Run risk sharing simulation and model validations;

  • Support corporate initiatives/projects that require analysis of medical claims data;

  • Build and run SAS programs and queries to extract data from the database and review to ensure accuracy and validity of data;

  • Maintain existing and build new predictive models and analytic solutions using tools such as GLM, logistic regression and decision trees.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Education 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science required. •  Advanced degree preferred

  • Successful completion of at least 2 or more Actuarial exams preferred

Vice President of Sales, Value Based Risk Protection

We are seeking a candidate who has a strong working knowledge of the healthcare provider insurance market. The position requires a seasoned individual with experience selling insurance products through the broker market. The VP of Sales, Value Based Risk Protection is responsible for developing Archway’s strategy and revenue objectives in this new and exciting line of business.


Essential Functions And Responsibilities

  • You will be lead the development of the company’s Provider Stop-loss sales strategy via the broker channel

  • Establish and implement process, criteria, and controls for engaging and driving revenue through brokers.

  • You are responsible for revenue objectives for Archway’s Value Based Risk Protection product to the provider market

  • Develop internal relationships with underwriters and other internal support partners who will assist you in meeting our client’s needs.

  • Build and establish relationships with key sources to market our portfolio of products to some of the nation’s leading Broker’s and employers.

  • Attend local and national networking functions within the industry to objectively yield broker and prospect relationships.

  • Serve as primary contact for general broker questions, service issues, and client feedback to facilitate the proper resolutions and account support / management.

Knowledge And Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or work equivalent

  • Current General Lines -Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license

  • A passion for improving healthcare through payment reform

  • Previous (5+) years of experience insurance products into the healthcare space, including stop loss products, with a demonstrated record of success.

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills are crucial

Product Support Specialist – Carelink

Archway Health is seeking to augment its health application support team.

The Carelink specialist is responsible for supporting Archway’s purpose-built Carelink tool to coordinate care of Archway’s clients’ patients. The Carelink Specialist reports directly into the General Manager of the BPCI-A program. The successful candidate will provide great written and oral communication skills driven by high energy and motivation to deliver comprehensive and accurate information to our users.  

This role will:

  • Support Archway’s clients, account managers, and technology team members on a day to day basis

  • Supports all users of Archway’s Carelink care coordination software

  • Handles questions and issues via support desk software and phone calls from the field

  • Conducts software demonstrations to support the sales process during open window periods

  • Trains users to become proficient in the use of the software

  • Enters data pertaining to patient demographics and facility information

  • Transfers data from client electronic medical records and mobile charge capture where applicable

  • Transacts administrative functions, including granting access rights, resetting passwords and other updates

  • Submits requests for bug fixes and enhancements to the Technology team based upon reviewing customer problems and experiencing the software directly

  • Helps ensure accurate/ timely data collection on patients; Oversee department metrics and develop reports

  • Monitors Carelink for proper usage, adherence to care plans, identification rate, and resolution of red flags

  • Notifies account managers of any significant Carelink related issues

  • Completes various client, customer service, organization research projects with special focus on Carelink

  • Demonstrates an eagerness to learn, ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, as well as resourcefulness

  • High comfort level with current and future technology tools

  • Works in Boston office; no travel expected

Responsibilities

  • Assists with the coordination of care between healthcare providers to ensure patients receive the right care, at the right place and at the right time;

  • Maintains accurate and appropriate documentation of patient contact, referrals made and services provided;

  • Communicates effectively to ensure the goals for the individual and program are achieved;

  • Solves patient and provider problems in collaboration with the full Archway team;

  • Offers input to Archway’s data analytics and patient tracking software tools to monitor progress and improve the care delivery process;

  • Identify opportunities to meaningfully improve processes, quality, outcomes and reduce costs;

  • Interacts directly with administrative and clinical personnel in our customer organizations;

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience working with healthcare providers as a Medical Assistant;

  • Medical Assistant Certification preferred;

  • Experience in orthopedics, cardiology or in a hospital setting preferred;

  • Associate Degree preferred;

  • Excellent data entry skills;

  • Experience working with technology and software tools;
