This role will:

  • Develop and lead principal relationships with our provider customers, which include specialty physician groups, hospitals & health systems;

  • Onboard customers onto Archway’s tools and services platform;

  • Provide excellent customer services and support for our customers;

  • Solve customer problems and create value both independently and in collaboration with the full Archway team;

  • Work with Archway’s data analytics and patient tracking software tools to monitor progress and improve the care delivery process;

  • Identify opportunities to meaningfully improve processes, quality, outcomes and reduce costs;

  • Demonstrate measurable and consistent results in improving value;

  • Interact directly with administrative and clinical leaders within our customer organizations;

  • Help to grow our business by building great customer relationships and helping to attract new customers;

  • Work within the Archway Account Management, Analytics, and Technology teams to continuously improve our tools and services;

  • Be a good team player and become an integral member of the Archway team and the Value Based Payment teams of our customers.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience working with healthcare providers or payers;

  • A passion for improving healthcare for patients, providers, & purchasers;

  • Experience working with technology and software tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and social media

  • A successful account management background

  • Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills with the ability to work independently

  • A great team player

  • BA/BS degree

  • Willingness to travel

Senior Value Based Care Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Assists with the coordination of care between healthcare providers to ensure patients receive the right care, at the right place and at the right time;

  • Augments established relationships with our provider customers, which include specialty physician groups, hospitals & health systems;

  • Helps our provider partners deliver increased value by improving quality and outcomes for patients while reducing the cost of care;

  • Tracks health data and communicates with patients to support them and improve overall health outcomes;

  • Collaborates with members of the patient’s care team to integrate care;

  • Documents and tracks patients in databases;

  • Maintains accurate and appropriate documentation of patient contact, referrals made and services provided;

  • Communicates effectively to ensure the goals for the individual and program are achieved;

  • Solves patient and provider problems in collaboration with the full Archway team;

  • Offers input to Archway’s data analytics and patient tracking software tools to monitor progress and improve the care delivery process;

  • Identify opportunities to meaningfully improve processes, quality, outcomes and reduce costs;

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience working with healthcare providers as a Medical Assistant;

  • Medical Assistant Certification preferred;

  • Excellent data entry skills;

OCM Sales Director

Archway Health is seeking to augment its sales leadership team.

This role will:

  • Work with Archway team and our sales channel partners to identify OCM target provider.

  • Develop a strategy and plan for engaging key providers.

  • Conduct in-person and telephonic meetings with key provider leaders to educate them about the OCM program and Archway’s services.

  • Encourage provider leadership to attend Archway OCM webinars and other information sessions.

  • Coordinate activities and strategy with designated Archway staff member.

  • Track and report progress of all OCM targeted providers.

  • Obtain executed agreement for the provider to move forward with Archway services.

  • Support the Company’s need to maintain active communications with Prospects during all phases of the negotiations until Prospects execute and deliver to the Company a binding agreement to purchase services from the Company relating to the Program.

  • Attend relevant oncology conferences where Archway presents and/or exhibits.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years experience selling products and services to oncology practices.

  • Experience in selling software-related services and analytic-related solutions a plus.

  • Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams charged with launching new products and diverse sales initiatives.

  • Strong consulting skills. Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders to understand needs and deliver solutions that meet expectations.

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience and proficiency in using web-based presentation services.

  • Consummate communication skills – verbal, written, presentational.

Chief Clinical Officer

  • Leverage the bundled payment model, sophisticated data analytics tools, and our Carelink patient tracking software to help patients get back home as quickly and safely as possible.

  • Build programs and initiatives that improve clinical performance against key quality and cost metrics, including complication rates, hospital readmissions, post-acute utilization, other sources of unnecessary variability.

  • Play a lead role in building and improving technology and analytics tools that are easy to use, well adopted, work in the real world, and drive improvements in care and reductions in cost.

  • Help our specialty practice and hospital partners improve their care management processes, overall performance and succeed within bundled payment contracts.

  • Help build regional and national networks and advisory boards of high performing specialists in priority clinical areas – orthopedics, cardiology, oncology, obstetrics, pulmonology, GI, etc.

  • Position Archway as a leading national expert on how to measurably improve specialty care.

  • Help expand our base of Medicare and commercial bundle customers.

  • Help develop commercial bundled payment contracts and programs in partnership with existing and future customers; build a team to support the same.

  • Participate in the payor negotiation and contracting process.

Qualifications

  • Advanced clinical degree.

  • Clinical training as an MD, NP or Nurse.

  • Ability to build / develop a management team.

  • Experience managing clinical processes with a focus on improving quality and outcomes while also reducing costs.

  • Experience in a clinical setting.

  • Experience helping to design and build technology tools designed to improve care and reduce costs and Care management.

  • A passion for improving healthcare through payment reform and bundled payment programs.

  • Experience in risk management programs and contracts preferred.

  • Ten + years business experience and an understanding of business model development, relationship development, etc.
