Archway Health is seeking to augment its account manager teams.
Archway Health’s mission is to fix healthcare through payment reform. We work with specialty providers in all types of clinical areas – oncology, orthopedics, cardiology, pulmonology, obstetrics, hospital care, and post-acute care – all of whom are experiencing real success with improving outcomes and the patient experience while also dramatically reducing healthcare costs.
This role will:
Develop and lead principal relationships with our provider customers, which include specialty physician groups, hospitals & health systems;
Help our provider partners deliver increased value by improving quality and outcomes while reducing the cost of care;
Onboard customers onto Archway’s tools and services platform;
Provide excellent customer services and support for our customers;
Solve customer problems and create value both independently and in collaboration with the full Archway team;
Work with Archway’s data analytics and patient tracking software tools to monitor progress and improve the care delivery process;
Identify opportunities to meaningfully improve processes, quality, outcomes and reduce costs;
Demonstrate measurable and consistent results in improving value;
Interact directly with administrative and clinical leaders within our customer organizations;
Help to grow our business by building great customer relationships and helping to attract new customers;
Work within the Archway Account Management, Analytics, and Technology teams to continuously improve our tools and services;
Be a good team player and become an integral member of the Archway team and the Value Based Payment teams of our customers.
2-3 years experience working with healthcare providers or payers;
A passion for improving healthcare for patients, providers, & purchasers;
Experience working with technology and software tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and social media
A successful account management background
Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills with the ability to work independently
A great team player
Willingness to travel
